The most wonderful vacation of my life !
Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme, Maronti Beach 80070 Barano, Ischia, Italia.
La first night, to be honest, after a trip to my back a little tiring, when we entered the dining room, I was a little disappointed because there was a big buffet, set up in the middle of the room.
Oh well, I thought, at the bottom of my dinner buffets have always liked and, in Crete, we have always eaten well.
So I did two laps, noting with my great joy, that there was any bendidio: from raw vegetables than cooked, from savory buns to pizzas, from vegetables to fish with fried potatoes, etcetera etcetera etcetera.
Then he came up with the bow and the waiter asked me what I wanted and I told him: "sparkling mineral water, thanks!"
And he said: "And for dinner?"
Capers!
I opened the menu, and I discovered that this was just the appetizer!
So, one evening I could only get to the sweet!
Jumping the starter, of course!
And I discovered that swimming better than ever!
I decided to fall in water since I "broke" the sacrum I have not had the courage, I was afraid to slip and break at all.
To get in the spa pool (hot), there are steps with handrail, being positioned for people who, like me, have health problems.
and rose!
my weight in water was clear and, assisted the floating nature gave me (see photo), which is floated a pleasure!
and back did not feel even as the pain caused by the load it must support!
And the island is so beautiful!
Giggino was hiking in a natural magnificence and I sat in the sun, making many thermal baths.
Underneath was a wonderful wellness area with Zen music, massage firming massage showers and scented path! Na
wonder!
And the waiters, all smiling and friendly, as are most of the Neapolitans, they came to take me to drink by the pool where the beds are positioned.
you believe the doctor when I went for Haematology monthly checks, he told me I look ten years younger! After
vacation so na!
Or not?
