20-07-2010/19:16 --- Sono stati tutti assolti dalla Corte d’assise d’appello di Catanzaro i tredici indagati nell’ambito del processo contro la rete del Sud ribelle, accusati di associazione sovversiva ed altri reati in relazione agli scontri durante il G8 di Genova (governo di destra) e il Global forum di Napoli (governo di centrosinistra) del 2001. Il sostituto procuratore generale Marisa Manzini, stamane, aveva chiesto oltre 30 anni di carcere complessivamente per gli imputati. A qualche anno di distanza Fiordalisi è stato trasferito in Sardegna e Ganzer condannato a 14 anni di carcere.
La notizia dell’assoluzione degli attivisti è rimbalzata in piazza Alimonda, a Genova, dove alle 17,27 è stato commemorato il nono anniversario dell’omicidio di Carlo Giuliani. Come fa giustamente notare Checchino Antonini sul quotidiano Liberazione a nove anni di distanza da quei fatti, le condanne alle forze dell’ordine coinvolte nelle violenze alla Diaz e a Bolzaneto e l’assoluzione definitiva del Sud ribelle rende ancora più insopportabile la mancanza di un responsabile dell’omicidio del ragazzo genovese. Per ricordare Carlo alcuni attivisti milanesi durante la notte hanno tracciato alcune scritte. 'Assassini', 'Carlo Vive' e 'Milano ricorda Carlo', queste e altre frasi sono state ritrovate davanti alle sedi del Pdl di via Mancini, del Pd di Corso Garibaldi e della Lega Nord di via Bellerio, il tutto ripreso in un video già visionato da parecchie persone. L'iniziativa, peraltro simbolica, ha scatenato le ire del governo.
